Janice Marie Carmack

Janice was a member the former Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Cahokia, Illinois. She enjoyed playing darts and spending time with her significant other, Charlie Scott. She also enjoyed times spent with her son, grandson, and all her family. She was a loving and caring woman, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul L. and Kathryn E., nee Stone, Odenthal, Sr., and a grandson, Charles A. “Scooter” Scott.

Surviving are her significant other, Charlie Scott; her son, Michael J. (Mary) Carmack, of Pontoon Beach, Illinois; a stepson, Charles “Tony” Scott; her grandchildren, Blake Carmack, of Granite City, Illinois and Bliss McDaniel, of Caseyville, Illinois; her siblings, Barbara Reiss, Paul L. (Julie) Odenthal, Jr., Wayne (Dorothy) Odenthal, and Lois (Jerry) Watkins; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, March 2, 2020 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Funeral: Services will follow at 7 p.m., Monday, March 2, 2020 at the funeral home with Rev. Paul L. Odenthal, III officiating.
