Janice was born to the union of Oscar and Virginia Wiecking (nee Schram) on June 18, 1940 in Belleville, Illinois.
Janice is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Virginia Wiecking; son, Scott Obst, and daughter, Gina Gabriel.
Janice is survived by her husband of 45-years, Terry Hemmer; brother, Jack Wiecking; half-sister, Sherry Harrowood; grandson, Thomas Gabriel; and great-grandchildren, Konner Gabriel and Payton Gabriel.
