I knew Joe many years ago, when we all played darts at Heimy & Ben's. Jerry and I thought the world of him. He was a fun-loving, warm, sweet person, and boy, could he dance. I loved to dance with him. He always had that smile on his face.
My condolences to Joe's family. And, God Bless.
