Fortified in the Sacraments of the Holy Mother Church, Josephine Marie (nee Grill) Glowacki, age 97, of Swansea, Illinois passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024. She is survived by her children: Ann (Bill) House, Marie (Steve) McClintock, and Robert (Lora) Glowacki; and their children: Lisa (Wes) House-Carter, Makayla (Jordan) Glowacki Weidner, Cole, and Drew Glowacki. She was predeceased by her parents, John Sr. and Theresa (nee Pfeffer), her husband, Louis Glowacki, and her son, James "Jimmy" Glowacki, as well as her siblings: Theresa Tassello, Ann McCurdy, and John Grill Jr.
Josephine was a devout woman who dedicated her time to St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caseyville and was a valued member of the quilting group. Her family meant everything to her, and she will be deeply missed.
