Judy Latrica Shelton

Judy Latrica Shelton, age 72, of Collinsville, Illinois passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023. She was born in Mena, Arkansas on March 26, 1950 to Alfred Singleton and Dessie (nee Ketner) Nolen Singleton.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Juanita Wiles, John "Bud" Nolen, Tommy Nolen, James Nolen, Dorothy Johnston, Nada McAllister, Billy Nolen and Annabelle Nolen.

Judy is survived by her children, Cynthia Kircher, Teresa Coburn and Delmar Kircher III (Brandy); her grandchildren, Christopher Kircher (Amber), Chelsea Joaquin, Joshua Cox (Alex), Justin Cox, Brandon Rushing, Thomas Coburn, Raymond Kite and Trisha Kite; her great-grandchildren, Dominic Kircher, Alexis Kircher, Nayeli Joaquin, Adalynn Joaquin, Kensley Joaquin, Braiden Cox, Jaxson Cox, Landon Cox, Adaline Cox, Indica Cox, Emma-Leigh Cox, Hunter Rushing and JJ Bolivar; her sister-in-law, Susan Nolen and her brother-in-law, Jim McAllister; Judy is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Judy was loved and will be greatly missed.

Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 10am-11am with a memorial service to follow at 11am at Lake View Funeral Home 5000 N. Illinois Street Fairview Heights, IL 22208 with Rev. Ron Habermehl officiating. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
