Julia Josephine Greer

Julia Josephine Greer, 87, left earth on January 31, 2025, in Lebanon, Illinois with her daughter by her side. She was born in Firework Station, Illinois, on November 27, 1938, to Mary and Albert Heard.

During her life, the job she was most proud of was the Media Club in St. Louis, Missouri working as a Sous Chef. After she became ill, she went on to become the best mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend as anyone could be.

She loved cooking and throwing card parties, bowling and socializing with her numerous friends. She loved to travel to casinos and spending time with family and friends.

She was known for her sense of humor and willingness to try and help anyone, despite her illness.

She was preceded in death by many family members gone too soon.

She is survived by all her family members that have not left earth yet.

She was a bright beacon of hope and courage and loved by too many to name.

She will be greatly missed everyday.
