

Mr. Bright was a retired meat cutter after working 35 years at the commissary at Scott Air Force base.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Stella, nee Cable, Bright, four sisters, Gertrude Fletcher-McCoy, Wanda Greene, Dorothy Wilson, and Alma Gaines-Hayes, a brother, John Bright, two nephews, Dewayne Bright and Charlie Wernle, a niece, Gail Bell, and a great nephew, Sammy Ponder.
Surviving are his daughter, Lisa Ann (Michael) Hanks, his granddaughter Emily Hanks, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A special thank you to his nieces Sandy Rhodes and Kitty Miller for all of their help and support.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, January 24, 2011 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois with Rev. Doug Stewart officiating. Interment will be Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
