Lawrence William Graham

Larry went to high school in Belleville, IL, then served his country in the United States Air Force in 1971, where he fought in the Vietnam War. Larry worked for Peerless Premier Stove Foundry, from which he retired after more than 30 years. He was married to his wife, Jolene “Jo” Marie Graham, for 43 years until she passed away on June 16, 2018. Together, Larry and Jo raised two wonderful daughters.

In his spare time, Larry enjoyed fishing, racing, and working on model cars. He was a gun enthusiast and liked talking on CB and HAM radios.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Joann, and his wife, Jolene.

He leaves to cherish his memory daughters Melody (Robert) Burton, Mary (Albert) Benak, and Elizabeth Lacroix; grandchildren Dennis (Caitlin Kelley) Burton, Michael Burton, Alisa Benak, and William (fiancé Keely Dillard) Benak; great-grandsons Ronan and Carson; and sisters Kim and Linda.

A graveside service for Lawrence will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 3:00 PM at Lake View Memorial Gardens, 5000 North Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.
