Leona E. Knipp (nee Carrol) of Aviston, IL passed away at her residence on November 27, 2012. Ms. Knipp is survived by her children, William (Sue Ann) Pannier, Kenny Pannier, Ralph “Bud” (Maggie) Pannier, Ron (Jo Ann) Pannier, Dennis (Verla) Pannier, Gil (Cheryl) Pannier, and Sharene (Larry) Miller; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; a sister, Hannah (Burl) Johnson; and special friend, Glenn Oliver. She is preceded in death by her parents, two spouses, Harold (Lewis) Pannier and Harold Knipp, and three sisters, Bea, Eileen, and Donna

Visitation will be held at Lake View Funeral Home, 5000 S. Illinois, Fairview Heights, IL 62208 on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 11 a.m. until time of graveside service at noon. Interment at Lake View Memorial Gardens. Expressions of condolence may be offered at www.lakeviewfuneralhm.com.
