Linda Sue Longmire

She was born September 4, 1947 in Anderson, IN to Harold and Betty Katherine (Burkett) Longmire.

Linda is survived by her sons, Robert Frazier and Roy Frazier; her foster son, Danny (Samantha) Chamness; her beloved grandchildren, Owen and Isabella; and one sister, Gale (Charlie) Gage of Minot, ND.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Alayna Frazier and her former husband, Wesley Frazier.

Linda spent her life devoted to serving for others. She was a teacher for special needs children for many years and also worked as an Registered Nurse, caring for the elderly. The lives she touched were immeasurable and truly blessed by her care and compassion. Linda will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.

A visitation for Linda will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 10:00 A.M.- 11:00 A.M. at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, IL.

A funeral service will be held following the visitation, at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Final interment will be at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL. Pastor Larry Ridenour will officiate.
