Marjorie Lee Dehn

Marjorie was a long time member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Belleville, Illinois and was also very active with the Programs and Services for Older Person or PSOP. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and traveling the world. She also loved genealogy and tracing her family tree; which she came to the conclusion was full of nuts and loved them all dearly. She was energetic and constantly on the move, which is why she loved to travel and experience the world. Getting out and seeing the sights with her family were always cherished and photographic moments. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ethel, nee Dains, Griffin; her granddaughter, Emily Marie Hausmann; brothers, Charles Griffin, in infancy, Kenneth Griffin, Henry “Jack” Griffin, and John “Louie” Griffin; her sister, Marilyn J. Capps; and her former husband and father of her children, Ronald L. Seib.

Surviving are her children, Ronald Seib, of Belleville, Illinois, David Seib, of Belleville, Illinois, Steven Seib, of Stafford, Virginia, and LeeAnn (Darren) Goodlin, of Mascoutah, Illinois; her grandchildren, Abbigale M. Seib, Ryan A. Seib, Adam B. (Addy Reynolds) Seib, Andrew D. Hausmann, Nicholas J. Hausmann, Ryan (Marianne) Goodlin, and Joshua Goodlin; and great grandson, Thomas Goodlin; her former husband, Robert Dehn; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 29, 2016 and from 9 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Funeral: Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at the funeral home with Pastor Drew Kramer officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
