Mrs. Wampler was a member of Christian Family Church. She enjoyed gardening and keeping up with family and friends. She loved everyone and was a wonderful witness for the Lord. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and aunt, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Wampler; a daughter, Marvis J. Chambless; a grandson, Daniel E. Chambless; her parents, Albert H. and Eunice (Engelking) Goff; a brother, Norman Goff; and sisters, Evelyn Litz, Cynthia J. Cardwell, Goldie Goff, and Mary Ann Cardwell.
Surviving are her daughter, Tammy (Len) Simmons, of Petal, Mississippi; her granddaughters, Megan (Ryan) Savell and Kimberly Simmons; grandsons, Steven Chambless and Gary Chambless; five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild on the way; a sister, Erma J. Woolery; sisters-in-law, Barbara (Eddie) Williford, Betty (Frank) Phelps, and Shirley (Dallas) Vishino; a brother-in-law, Harry Wampler; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
