He is preceded in death by his father William Patterson, Nellie Kramer (Grandmother), Ione Doty (Aunt) and Jeanie Mueller (Aunt)
Michael is survived by mother, Gloria Patterson of Farina, IL , Rayme (Sister) and Scott Woley of Chesterfield, Missouri, Renee (Sister) and Ken Wamble of Effingham, IL. and Mark Patterson (Brother) of Sioux Falls, SD.
Michael had, at one time, lived in Boca Raton, Florida. He worked on oil rigs in Texas. He went to the University of Wisconsin in Madison studying Film Editing. He later moved back to the Midwest and worked at Effingham Equity in Effingham, Illinois. He enjoyed reading, movies, sports of all kinds, taking care of dogs, making salsa, gardening, cooking, writing fun poetry for his family, tanning and the ocean.
Per Michael’s wishes, Rites of Cremation will be accorded.
