Olive May Gyon

Olive worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for many years. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church in Belleville. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Gyon; a son, Glen Gyon; and her parents, Harold and Helena, nee Smith, Watson.

Surviving are her daughters, Gerry (Bruce) Arendall, of Dagsboro, Delaware and Gay (Rod) Otten, of Belleville, Illinois; a daughter-in-law, Pam Gyon; her 10 grandchildren; and her 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral: Services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
