Patricia Ann Geasley

Patricia Ann Geasley, nee Kent, 75, of Belleville, Illinois, born April 18, 1940 in East St. Louis, Illinois, passed away, Saturday, October 3, 2015 at her residence after a long battle with ovarian cancer.

Patricia was retired from Marsh Stencil. She was a member of Rebekah’s Lodge 544 and the Order of the Eastern Star Queen City Chapter. She enjoyed her monthly luncheons with her dear friend Carol Hood and spending time with her greatest treasures, her grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband John Geasley Sr., her parents; Kenneth and Ruth, nee Cunningham, Kent, a brother, William Kent, and a step-son, Ronnie Geasley.

Surviving are her children; Kimberly (Michael) Snider of Belleville, Illinois, John (Robin) Geasely Jr. of Imperial, Missouri, and William Bourland Jr. of Knoxville, Tennessee from a previous marriage, six grandchildren; Austin and Rachel Snider, and Tyler, Dylan, Madison and Hannah Geasley, a brother David (Paula) Kent of Jamul, California, three step-children; Joy (Edward) Rick, Jerry (Debbie) Geasley, and Christopher Geasley, a former daughter-in-law, Wendi Sullentrup, several step-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Memorials are appreciated to the St. Paul United Church of Christ youth programs in Belleville, Illinois and the Belleville Area Humane Society.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 6 pm, Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 6 pm, Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Lake View Funeral, Fairview Heights, Illinois. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens.
