Ronald J Biggs

Ronald was born July 17th, 1943 in East St Louis, to Joseph and Theresa (nee Palank) Biggs, who preceded him in death.

Ronald is survived by loving wife, Drinda (nee Kolb) Biggs, sons, Danny (Patti) Biggs, Ronald “Brian” (Ester) Biggs, Chris (Krystal) Fulton, daughters, Tami (John) Friedrich, Rebecca (James) Perkinson; grandchildren, Ronald Biggs III, Jeremy Biggs, Justin Biggs, David Burns, Cassie Perkinson, Merik Fulton, Mackenzie Fulton; great grandchildren, Abby, Alex, Hunter, Maddie, Austin, and many nieces and nephews.

Ronald proudly served on the Fairmont City council for many years. Ronald was very politically active and strived to serve his community and neighbors. He enjoyed barbecuing for friends and family. He married Drinda “Sue” Biggs in 1975 in Belleville Illinois. Ronald and his family owned and operated a service station in Fairmont City. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him.
