Ruth Marie Pense, 84, passed away 9:55 AM March 25th, 2021 surrounded by loved ones. Ruth was born in East Saint Louis IL December 31st, 1936.
Ruth loved her family dearly, and found much pride and enjoyment in her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Opal Marie and Glen Smith; Husband, Doman Pense; Sister Anna Edens; Beloved granddaughter, Sami Bullard; nephew, Roger Pense.
Surviving children, Sandy Askew & Richard Askew, Debra Wilson & Kevin Wilson, Terri Bullard & Bruce Bullard, Michael Pense & Nina Pense; grandchildren, Shariann Wolfe & Shannon Wolfe, Kevin (Bubba) Wilson Jr. & Amanda Wilson, Travis Wilson & Meridith Wilson, Benjamin Wilson, Daniel Wilson & Stephanie Wilson, Emily Bullard, Victoria King & Charlie King, Austin Pense, Michaela Pense; great grandchildren, Shelby Wolfe, Symon Wolfe, Sydney Wolfe, Sara Wolfe, Abigail Wilson, Makenzi Sashidharan & Isaiah Sashidharan, Morgan Wilson, Jordan Wilson, TJ Wilson, Tyler Wilson, Kevin Wilson III, Benji Wilson Jr, Micah Wilson, Titus Wilson, Judah Wilson, George Wilson, Mason Wilson, Carson Wilson, DJ Wilson, Sofie Bullard, Mayci King, Hayden King, Harper King, Hadli; nephews and nieces, David (Debra) Edens, Jaimi (Kevin) Van Leer, Jason (Beth) Pense; and brother-in-law John (Linda) Pense.

I remember when my sister Robyn and I were kids, every time we would see her she would give us a great big kiss on our cheeks and tell us how beautiful we were...it would always brighten our day to see her smile. What a beautiful soul she was!!! She will be missed.
