Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rohan; her father, Frank Arthur and mother, Faye E. Arthur; her older sister, Sharon Meravy and niece, Julie Blackburn.
Sandra leaves behind her younger sister, Mary Arthur; son, Douglas Vernon and daughter, Angela Eckert; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Donnie and Yesina Stophel, Nathan and Tiffany Stophel, Willie and Victoria Stophel, Valerie Vernon, Justin Vernon and Si Vernon; and four great-grandchildren, Dominic Stophel, Roman Stophel, Melody Stophel and Benjamin Stophel; and many more beloved family members and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A funeral service for Sandra will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, IL.
A visitation will be held prior to the service, from 10:00 A.M.- 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Lake View Memorial Gardens.
