

Mrs. McCart formerly lived in St. Louis, Missouri and Granite City, Illinois. While in St. Louis, she enjoyed outings to the Shaw Gardens and Famous Barr. She retired from Banner Iron Works in St. Louis, as a purchasing agent. She was a unique woman, who loved her family and friends. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her former husband and father of her sons, Earl James McCart, Sr.; her granddaughters, Melissa McCart and Lana Godar; her father, Uva Skinner; her mother, Bertha, nee Koenig, Baumeyer; her step father, Elmer Baumeyer; a brother-in-law, Glenn Tonser; and her lifelong best friend, Ramona Wachter.
Surviving are her sons, Earl James “Jim” (Jollibee) McCart, Jr., of Cape Coral, Florida and Richard (April) McCart, of Kampsville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jeffrey McCart, Rico McCart, Richard (Judith) McCart, James McCart, and Tori McCart; great grandchildren, Ameeda, Dalton, Natasha, Lauren, Payge, Abby, Emma, and Cadence; two close friends, Sandra Hunter and Roseanne Wood; and a very special friend.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, August 7, 2015 at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
