

Tommy was a lifetime member of the Lakers Car Club and also a member of The Piston Pushers. He retired from General Motors after 30 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed antique cars, attending car shows and working in his yard, but his most precious moments were those spent with his family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother whom will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Agnes Tyson; two sisters; and one brother.
Survived and missed by his wife of 59 years, Delores, nee Roberson, Tyson; three sons, Thomas (Laurie) Tyson, Dennis Tyson and Joe Tyson; one daughter, Dana (Ray) Kernan; eight grandchildren, Trey Tyson, Taylor Tyson, Delia Pidhajecky, Heidi Tyson, Nolan Tyson, Ray Kernan, Jr., Tasha Kernan, and Kolten Tyson; one sister, Bev (Elvis) Taylor, of Jonesboro, AR; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
