Wandalene Jackson Smith

Mrs. Smith was a member of Rob Morris Chapter #98 Order of the Eastern Star. She was also an entrepreneur, who owned several businesses in Collinsville and surrounding areas, throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Frank and Mertis, nee Hendrix, Jackson, two sisters and two brothers-in-law; Helen and George Dick, and Elizabeth and Raymond Blaylock, her former husband Amos L. Smith, and a brother-in-law, Charles F. Smith.

Surviving is her daughter; Deborah (Kenneth) Cotton of Collinsville, Illinois, three grandchildren; Kimberly (Terry) Wasser of Collinsville, Illinois, Casey (Brandie) Cotton of Maryville, Illinois, and Tiffany (Aaron) Sitzes of Maryville, Illinois, four great grandchildren; Taylor and Drake Wasser, and Gabrielle and Isabella Cotton, a sister, Imogene (Lucian) Abernathy of St. Charles, Missouri, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Friday, June 7, 2013 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois with Rev. Kevin Hancock officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
