

William “Kenny” Kenneth Wicks, 86, of Warrenton, Missouri, born, September 26, 1930, in East St Louis, Illinois, passed away, Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at his home with his loving family by his side.
Kenny worked at the Labor Local 100 for over twenty years and retired from Iron workers 392, after thirty years of work. He married his first wife, Norma, nee Ballard, Wicks, and to this union brought one son, Rick. He married again in 2002 to the love of his life, Delores Rasp, in 2002, in Branson, Missouri. Kenny was a devoted member of the Warrenton Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend, who will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by both parents; William and Bertha, nee, Ramage, Wicks; one son, James Hurt and his brother James Wicks.
Surviving him are his loving wife; Delores Wicks, of Warrenton, Missouri; his children, Rick Wicks, of Las Vegas, Nevada, John (Geraldine) Cook, of Warrenton, Missouri, Randy (Donna) Hurt, of St Louis. Missouri, Candis (Charles) Sannashipman, of House Springs, Missouri, and Kimberly Hurt, of Warrenton, Missouri; his daughter in law, Shirley Hurt, of Joliet, Illinois; his brother, Larry Wicks; his sister in law, Jane Wicks and a number of dear relatives and friends that will cherish his memory.

Visitation: Friends may call from 3 pm to 7 pm, Monday, January 23, 2017 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
Funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation at 7 pm, Monday, January 23, 2017, Lake View Funeral Home. Burial will take place privately in Lake View Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
