Charlie was one of the good guys. At work he was always full of energy and eager to help. No challenge was too much. If we needed help with paper work or some other illusive problem, Charlie would jump in with both feet and come up with a solution. On occasion Charlie would hear of us planning on going out to get lunch. He'd throw 40 or 60 dollars on the table and say "get what you want"! I want a small salad and a cheesburger. Haha, as long as it's not spicy!
That's how he was. And in private, Charlie would do anything for a coworker. I know he loaned money to a few and never ever spoke of it. He was a good man. RIP Charlie. I MISS YOU every day.

Sincere condolence to the Fraley family from Nagy & Eileen Mouhanna. Still a shock for me to think this has happened to my
friend Charles. Gonna miss him tremendously. His memory will live with us forever.

Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart.
Great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.
Brother, may you rest in peace and find comfort in the hands of angels.
