Dear Aunt Evelyn and Family,

I'm am so sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Don. I have such great memories of him that date all the way back to the 70's....when we would make family trips back and forth from New York to his most recent visit to the country house in upstate New York just a few years ago. I distinctly remember having some great conversations with him as we sat around eating New York pizza trying to solve the problems of the world. He had a great perspective on life and I always enjoyed being in his company. He will always be remembered as a true gentlemen and a loving family man. We will miss him greatly and will always keep him in our thoughts and prayers.

Wishing you peace and love during this difficult time.

Warmest Regards,

Chris McGrath and Family

Evelyn and family, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Don was always such a kind, loving gentleman. I will always remember and cherish meeting you both for the 1st time at Miami. Don was so nice and treated Matt and I like he had known us forever and made it such an enjoyable time. You all are so richly blessed to have had him in your lives. My prayers and God's riches blessings are raining down on all of you in hopes of giving you peace and comfort during this difficult time. I know that with time, family and friends, lots and lots of wonderful memories, and GOD'S comforting arms, your hearts will mend but never forget. It was a pleasure knowing him and may he now rest in peace in comfort with our LORD GOD. Bless you and all your family. Love, Nancy Myers

One of the most enjoyable memories I have of Uncle Don was his energy and excitement in playing wiffle ball with us (children at that time) in the backyard. With makeshift bases and a homerun wall that added excitement to the game, we enjoyed the summer days with our cousins Gary, Don, Mark, and Brian. He also took us to an Indians game at the old stadium, very mindful of how enjoyable baseball games and souvenirs were for young children. Sue, Melissa, Danielle, and I will continue to pray for him daily. Aunt Evelyn, we wish you peace at this time with wonderful memories of a thoughtful, fun, and loving Uncle. Warm Regards, Ken McGrath & Family

My deepest sympathy to Don's family, but thank you for sharing him with us at the Gas Company. Don always gave me credit for making him quit smoking, and being able to live longer. I wish I could have done more. He was truly one of the great Sunshine People.

Aunt Evelyn and family
My thoughts and prayers are with you. As godparents, both you and Uncle Don have been an important part of my life. He always reminded me of my dad with his humor, too. May the strength of The Lord be with you and the boys and hopefully the memories will make all of you smile
