He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Ulysses and Alejandra Torres Rodriguez. Ismael was the beloved husband of Frances (nee Rojas), who predeceased him in 2015; loving father of Orlando (Joy Marie) Rodriguez; cherished grandfather of Curtis, Elise and Gabriel Rodriguez; dear brother of Julia and the late Modesto, Carmen and Ramona; dear uncle and friend of many.
As per Ismael's wishes, there will be no public funeral or memorial service.
