Lillian F. Kocab
July 25, 2020
I grew up with Lillian Kocab as my neighbor. Our family was a big one, (seven children,) and we were loud and boisterous. Our balls landed in her yard and there were many games of kick the can right in front of our houses. My favorite memory of Lillian, however, was just brought to mind again this week. I was out picking blackberries on my farm and thought of her. Across from our homes in Fairview Park there were no homes, only woods, with lots of wild blackberry bushes. Lillian used to meet us over there and pick berries. I was always so impressed with the fact that she was going to make jam with them. Well, this week, I made jam with mine. It was delicious. Rest In Peace, dear neighbor. Glad you could be at home for your last days here in earth. Now the angels are welcoming you home.

Great Aunt Lil, May you rest in peace in the Hands of our Lord. My life would not be the same without the Love and Guidance from you my entire life, growing up and as an adult. I had so much fun and adventures with you while I was a kid, and beyond. All those sleep overs were the best. Now I am Happy knowing you are a Guardian Angel for the rest of us. Rest in Peace
Love Max (Matthew Buher)
