Margaret Ann Hill

Margaret Ann Hill (nee Likavec), age 88 of Rocky River, passed away suddenly surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 4, 2014. Margaret was the precious and devoted wife for 63 years to her late husband Robert John. Loving mother to Lynda Mears, Pamela Szegedy (Allen), Carole Halasy (Jeff), Gary (Cathy), Brian (Beth), Jeffrey (Nancy) and the late Robert (Ladelle). Dedicated grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 10. Margaret was born on February 16, 1926 in Lakewood, Ohio. Margaret’s family was her #1 priority. She truly enjoyed spending time at their winter home at St Pete’s Beach Florida, family gatherings and vacations, along with camping trips with her many friends. Margaret never missed an opportunity to support her children, grandchildren or great grand-children by attending their various activities and athletic events. Margaret will be remembered for her kind heart, generosity, wonderful smile, religious faith, strong values and dedication to her family. She believed, “God closes one door and opens another.” She will be deeply missed by her loved ones. She can now be at eternal peace forever with her husband, Robert and son, Robbie. Family will receive friends at a funeral mass at St. Angela Merici Church in Fairview Park on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 11:30 AM. Internment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
