OSCAR GUMUCIO SR., passed away peacefully at home January 16th 2014; beloved husband of Millie for 38 years; loving father of Alex (Molly), Oscar (Jessica), Cristina (Brian), David (Brittany), and Marc (Chelsea); dear grandfather of seven; loving brother, cousin, uncle, and friend of many; Oscar was a former Jesuit priest at St. Patrick Parish on Bridge Avenue; he was a lifelong advocate for the Hispanic community of Cleveland; he worked at Cleveland Public Schools for 33 years and MetroHealth Hospital for 10 years; VISITATION Sunday 3-8 PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Rd, Fairview Park OH; Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10AM at St. Patrick Parish, 3602 Bridge Ave, Cleveland OH; in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oscar Gumucio Endowment Fund at MetroHealth Hospital.
