She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey; her parents, Richard and Sandra Gerba; and her sister, Christine (Craig) Reuscher. She was a loving aunt to Olivia and Evan Reuscher.
A longtime resident of Fairview Park, Ohio, Richelle was known for her compassion, dedication, strong work ethic, and kind heart.
Richelle earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Akron. For the past 10 years, she served as secretary to the counselors at Rocky River City Schools, where her professionalism and caring nature made a lasting impression on colleagues and students alike.
She and Jeff were married for 28 years, having exchanged vows at St. Angela Merici Church in Fairview Park. Their life together was filled with love, laughter, and deep companionship.
An avid sports fan, Richelle enjoyed attending countless games with Jeff. She held a deep appreciation for the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Cleveland Zoo, and loved taking small trips with her husband. Her beloved shih-tzus, Penny and Snuggles, brought her immense joy and were truly part of the family.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at New Hope Church, 22960 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, Ohio 44126.
