Bob meant a lot to me. He was a great man to my mother. I will miss him dearly .

Bob gave many demos and classes to the members of the Erie Shore Art League in Sheffield Lake over the years untill right before his death. His talent and technique in painting a watercolor in front of your eyes and bringing it to life was awesome. How he'll be missed by all of us and the community.

We were so sad to learn that Uncle Bob passed away. He was technically our cousin, but we always called him Uncle Bob too! He always greeted me with a huge hug and smiles, when he would come to Franklin. Grandma Jo always spoke so highly of his talent, and they were great friends....so I grew up in a family full of amazing artists! What a clan the Morgans are!! From all the McCrackens...our deepest condolences to Bob's entire family. He will be missed!

So sorry to hear about Bob's passing. He had been a guest in our home when he would come to Youngstown to put on a two day workshop. My wife,Sis, thought highly of Bob both as a friend and fellow painter and I'm pleased and grateful to have some of his paintings in our home..Sincerly, Dr. Fred Soller

I looked forward to going to Bob's classes at Bay Arts each week. He was encouraging, humorous and sooooo talented! My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Uncle Bob was truly not only a great artist, but a beautiful person. He is loved very much by our family. He always made me laugh and getting to see him was always a special treat. Our home is adorned with his talent so we can remember him always. Prayers and condolences to my cousins, Fleta, Mike and Dorothy Ann, together with their families, Uncle Bobs grandchildren, and Rhoda. We love you all and he will be sorely missed. With broken hearts we will say goodbye to one of our most favorite people. Love you Uncle Bob God Bless you

I've known Bob for many years. Our careers paralleled one another, from NEA through the graphic arts industry, and recently as a student in his watercolor classes. I'll miss you, Bob. R.I.P.

An amazing Artist and person. Condolences to the family.

Bob was a member of our Wed. writing group and I loved to watch him doodle as we read our writings. He was very kind with a persona that seemed to try to cover his tender hearted personality. I will miss him immensely.I will never forget him and was privileged that my life was blessed by his presence.

Bob Moyer was a master illustrator and watercolor artist who touched so many lives in his long career. He will be missed by so many students and fellow artists. He was my mentor, teacher and friend. His energy, skill, humor, quick wit and encouragement made every class a delight.

I knew Bob through his work, his exacting interpretation of a moment in time. His work will continue to live and inspire.

Rest in peace,

John & Janice Kelsey
