Dear Loving Family of Robert R.,

Thinking of each of you in your earthly loss of your Dear Son, husband, grandfather, great grandfather, also to those serving in our police service in this country.

Although we have never met but have known his Father since 1960, upon his first visit to WI and our farm that summer with William Warke. We have heard of their sons and families over these many years. The important thing is he professed to know the Lord Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord. Trust the service this evening will bring blessing to saint and sinner alike. Sending warm sympathy to each of you in your loss. I read and knew he was a tremendous help to so many that needed his care over the years. Thanks to the family for sharing his talents to others these years.

Prayers to all! I am a Fairview native but met Robert on FB many years after attending school with his kids. I have enjoyed many years of his true wisdom and realistic outlook on humanity. It is truly sad to learn of his passing. I have always enjoyed the conversations and sometimes debates/arguments that he has perpetuated online. I will miss the great discussions and educational conversations that he was providing to others. He is one of very few that understood life and knew how to make sense of life!

Thanks Robert for the many Facebook postings that informed us of so many happenings in our government and around the world. Thanks also for the Biblical insight you shared with us. Praying for your family at this difficult time, but confident you are not just absent in the body, but are present with the Lord. We also have many great memories of your parents especially your dad and we pray for him daily.

Bob, you are one special man. A mentor to many many people around the world and a special special friend to my family. I will always cherish the times we had together. Nancy, many many thoughts and prayers are with you, the kids and grandkids. You all are our family and we will always be here for you. I know the love Bob had for you and his kids. Gone too soon he is and I will miss him dearly. I will miss our Sunday football talks, political talks and him teaching me about the Bible. God Bless all of you and we love you.

Robert was first a Christian. He has a computer sight with good Bible Teaching. Robert left his mark also in the world of Law Enforcement. His book, No Fear and his stand for Law and Order will be missed. May God comfort your hearts at this time of sorrow. What peace God will give knowing that for Robert it was absent from the body and present with the Lord Jesus. Nancy, a special condolence. We never met you but from Bob's pictures and the time your shared together showed your love for one another. May God continue to comfort you
