I was a classmate of Tom at Loyola in Rome 1964-1965. Although we did not stay in contact over the years, I will always remember Tom as a fun loving caring friend during the short time I knew him.

So sad to hear of his passing.

Condolences to his family and loved ones.

Tom was a wonderful friend who always treated you as if you were the only person on the face of the earth. He was a loyal and gregarious Irishman and probably the best dressed person in northern Ohio.

He will be missed. Godspeed Tom

Tom was a classmate at St. Ignatius. In a speech class in freshman or sophomore year where all of us were to make a speech, Tom made a presentation on of all things the "jonny mop" which brought the entire class to tears with laughter including Mr. Murphy. His presentation was made with his typical Irish wit. I never accomplished the same level of mastery of public speaking but I am sure it helped him in his legal profession.

From the first time I met him at Ignatius to the last time we were together, he was always a joy to see. A hole is left in the fabric of life losing a little of the joy we so desperately need today. I am sure he made what we all seek in the end. Peace.

A note to Tom: You really surprised me leaving us so soon. Your Iggy Class won't be the same, and I know there must be countless others we've never met who will feel the same sense of loss. You, Dear Tom, took the word "unique" to another level. I'll not forget how warm ,embracing and energetic you were...constantly... to all of us... and I'm thinking back to to the late 50's when you were just a teen, yet truly a born leader and treasured friend. You were the real deal.

Rest well. You've earned it.

Learning about Tom passing brings many memories, years of white water rafting, and the "cone" heads! Socializing with Tom was always fun.

The beautiful yard he and Patty cultivated when they moved on Lake Ave. and the huge fish tank in the dining room in the winter.

Tom was smart. caring and fun. He touched many peoples lives and was truly a one in a million.

God Bless,
Nancy Jazwa Sullivan
