May God Bless all of you. Billy was an old friend of mine he truly will be missed. All of my memories are wonderfull his smile and kind heart you will never forget. God bless him I will pray for all of you and I know for sure he is watching you with a smile. for an angel he allways will be.

Auth Theresa and Family,   We were so saddened to hear of Billy's passing.  Such a warm loving person to be taken so soon, a true loss to everyone he touched.  I have such fond memories of Billy from my childhood that will always make me smile when I think of him.  Take care.
