Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Raymond P. and Margaret (Radcliffe) Murphy, she was a 1938 graduate of BMC Durfee High School, a communicant of Holy Name Church and a former member of the Sacred Heart Women’s Guild.
She is survived by three children Donna Doraz and her husband Mickey of Madison, CT, Paula Filauro of Egg Harbor Township, NJ and Patrick A. Madden and his wife Joyce of Grasonville, MD; a sister Grace Kenyon of Fall River; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Doris Delisle and Raymond P.”Bud” Murphy.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 9am from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE 178 Winter St., Fall River followed by her funeral mass at 11:30am in Holy Name Church 709 Hanover St., Fall River.
