Edward P. "Ted" Lyons, Jr., passed away June 25, 2012 in San Diego, CA after a long bou with cancer. He was son of the late Edward P. "Soxy" Lyons and the late Natalie M. Lyons, and brother of the late Paul Horton Lyons. He is survived by three sons; Darren, Zachary and Terrence, brother; James W. Lyons and his wife Jean of Somerset and good friends Lee Varon and Alex Boese.
He was a graduate of Providence College and the University of California, becoming an accountant having last worked for WGBH in Boston. Ted enjoyed Pacific Beach, CA and was an avid Boston Celtics fan. Ted donated his body to science. His family will have a memorial gathering to greet friends Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 12Noon - 1pm in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter St., Fall River, MA.
