Dear Maureen and Family,
It's been 40+ years since we connected and for some odd reason, I was compelled to search for you on this New Year's eve, and found you on Facebook. Through some further internet "sleuthing," I was shocked and saddened to learn that Ted suffered with and ultimately was taken by Alzheimer's disease. I remember Ted as such a pleasant guy, always with a smile and warm hospitality. Maureen, I am so saddened for you by his passing, and can only imagine what you've been through.
Even though many years have passed, I still remember when we lived in Hudson, your first house on Cherry Street, the days of the Apple Valley Young Women's Club, and the friendship we shared. You were my first friend when I arrived there and I've never forgotten the kinship we shared as young mothers and housewives, settling in to a new community.
Somehow we lost touch and I have often wondered where you and Ted and the kids ended up. (I sold the house and returned to my hometown on the North Shore after the divorce.)
I want you to know that my heart is with you, remembering the happy couple you and Ted were. The years have passed by much too quickly. Never enough time, it seems. And I am so sorry for his passing. Please know that.
My warmest condolence and heartfelt sympathy go out to you Maureen and to Kerri, Patrick and Trisha. They had a wonderful Dad.
Take care and may he rest in peace in the place we all have faith we'll be one day, together again.

Colleen & family
I am so sorry about the loss of Edward. I never knew him. I know only of the disease and what it can do to a person and a family. I have witnessed several times. Please know Edward is finally @ peace and no longer struggling to do the simplest things in life and to
communicate his love for all of you. It is time for Edward and his family to finally rest. God Bless!🙏 Cindy & Janie
