Eileen F. Dillon

Eileen Farrell Dillon, age 59, passed away on August 16, 2010. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Edward M. and Mary C. (Farrell) Dillon. Surviving sisters are Mary Ann Dillon and Margaret P. Parmelee, brother Patrick J. Dillon and his wife, Patricia, niece Kara A. Parmelee and her husband Marcel A. Bryar and their children, Aidan and Esme. She was sister of the late Edward M. Dillon.

Eileen was a communicant of Holy Name Church and was a graduate of Nazareth Hall School. She worked at People Inc. for many years and loved her job. Eileen lived for some years independently in a community setting under the auspices of Lifestream Inc. The family acknowledges the kindness and caring of the staff at Lifestream Inc. during her years of independence and is profoundly grateful for their support during her illness. Beacon Hospice was also instrumental in caring for Eileen during the past year.

A Memorial Mass for Eileen will be held Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 9 AM in Holy Name Church,709 Hanover St. Fall River. Memorial contributions may be made to Lifestream Inc., P.O. Box 50487, New Bedford, MA 02745. Burial private. Arrangements in the care of WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE, Fall River.
