Evelyn Whalley

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Margaret (Keane) Connolly.

A graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, she worked in the office of the former Louis Hand Curtain Factory in Fall River for many years. A member of the Fall River Country Club, she was an avid golfer.

She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Whalley Sayers and her husband Edward of Westport, Jo-Ann Tavares and her husband Matthew of Fall River; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of her life. Evelyn was the mother of the late Steven R. Whalley.

Her Funeral Services will be private.
