I thank you all for your messages of love and condolences. I was blessed for 57 years with a mom whom I love and who loved me. Though this is the hardest good-bye I've ever had to say I know this is where she wants to be. She continued to teach me right up to the end, and the last lesson was how to live without her. I haven't quite graspped this lesson yet but in honor of her I will try. I love you Mom and will forever miss your laugh, your smile and our quite times together. We will be together someday at the Lords table.
With love and honor, your daughter
Maureen

As a Mother in law one couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The Wednesday night visits accompanied with coffee and cookies or sometimes even ice cream. Her smile and warmth were unmatched. She gave me over 12 more years of “Mom time” after loosing my own Mother. You are greatly missed but always in my heart.

To Gladys' amazing family. I am sorry that I couldn't be there when your mom passed. She showed remarkable strength, as did all of you. I wish you all the best. Brittany-RN Charlton

I shall always remember Aunt Gladys as the sweetest, happiest and kindest lady I ever knew. Maureen and Kenny, you were so fortunate to have such a wonderful mother. Her smile and gentle ways will be sorely missed.

I will always remember Great-Aunt Gladys fondly. She was a lovely lady and when I was a little boy and she came up to visit her brother, my grandfather, I called her "Gladys Knight" (and Great-Uncle Ken was her Pip!). I know Grandpa thought the world of his sister and they stayed in touch despite the fact they lived far away from each other. They would call each other weekly until his death 18 years ago and I like to think he was there to welcome her when she passed away.

Blessings to Maureen, Ken and family. Fervent prayers are offered for immediate peace and comfort.......and may that peace and comfort transition to joy in knowing that due to the grace of our Savior she will be with Him for eternity along with all those who believe. I am fortunate to have met and knew Gladys and look so forward to spending eternity with her.
All my love to Maureen, Ken, and family. Charlie Radl
