Jennie was born on June 13, 1980 in Fall River, MA. She resided in Westport most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Pamela Silvia.
Jennie is survived by two daughters, Alyssa Silvia and Alexy Silvia, both of Dartmouth. Jennie was a mother first and foremost, her daughters were her greatest accomplishment, her pride and joy. She loved being their mother and spending time with her girls more than anything.
Jennie was employed as an office assistant at Daignault Construction for several years. She was well-known for her contagious laugh and her kind heart. In her childhood years, she enjoyed riding horses with her sisters at their horse farm, where she grew up in Westport. She was very passionate about her family, especially her nieces and nephews; she loved to spoil them. Jennie loved her dog ¨Mama¨, she also enjoyed cooking for her family, and car rides while listening to her country music.
Surviving in addition to her daughters, her longtime companion and love of her life Erik Silvia of Dartmouth; five sisters, Heidi Estacio of Tiverton, Charlotte Pereira of Fall River, Mary Galhardo and her husband Mark of Westport, Anna Dupre and her husband Scott of Tiverton, Tammy Guimond and her husband Dave of Somerset; one brother, Frank Cabeceiras Jr. and his wife Mellissa of Westport; aunt, Donna Daignault and her husband Chad of Westport; step-father, Antone Pereira of Westport; mother-in-law, Linda Silvia of Dartmouth; best friend, Amy Alexander of Westport and many nieces and nephews, who Jennie adored.
She was the sister of the late Katy Cabeceiras, granddaughter of the late Joseph and Doris (Carnivel) Silvia and cousin of the late Sandra Daignault and Justin Wahl.
The family would like to express our thanks and appreciation for the wonderful help and care given by the MICU team at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston.
Her visitation will be held on Monday, July 6, 2020 from 9:00 to 11:00AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River. Flowers welcome. Due to current occupancy restrictions, please be mindful that guests may have to wait outside while others pay their respects. Her funeral service and burial will be private.
