Justin David Menard

Born and raised in Fall River, Justin was the beloved son of the late David R. and Norma J. (Dube) Menard and the cherished brother of the late Jason Menard. Though life presented Justin with unique challenges, he met them with quiet strength and a gentle spirit that deeply touched those around him.

Justin spent much of his life as a participant in the Community Connections day programs, where he found structure, support, and caring relationships. A man of few words, he found joy in the simple comforts of life — the hum of music or television in the background, the familiar pleasure of his favorite foods (especially pudding), and the soothing ritual of playing with plastic lids. These small but meaningful routines brought him peace and were reflections of his distinct personality.

He is survived by his loving grandmother, Kathy Frizado, his nephew, Jaxson Menard and several extended family members, Nichole and James Flannery, Ashtyn Haskins, Tyler Haskins, Cassidy St. George, Alyssa Perley, John Zagaja, Karen Wiggin, Prudence and Lennon.

His Funeral Service will be held Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 12:00PM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter Street, Fall River. Visitation will be held prior from 11:00AM-12:00PM. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be held at a later date.
