Kathryn T. Magriby, age 83, of Fall River passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Mill Brook Nursing Home. Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Joseph F. and Julia (Kogut) Magriby, she was a lifelong resident of the city.
A graduate of the former Mt. St. Mary High Academy, she received her bachelor’s degree in education from Stonehill College. She was a teacher for many years, having taught at Espirito Santo and St. Anne’s Schools.
She is survived by one brother, Stephen Magriby and his wife Rose-Marie of Tampa, FL: one sister Carolyn Corby and her husband William of Pittsfield, MA and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph Magriby.
Private services are in the care of the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, Fall River.
