Marcos A. Rosario

It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of our beloved Marcos A. Rosario, 35, who left this world far too soon on Sunday, July 27, 2025. Though his time with us was short, the strength, love, and light he shared will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Born on September 28, 1989, in Stoughton, MA, and proudly raised in Fall River, MA, Marcos was the cherished son of Wilberto Rosario and Janet Rosario Medeiros. He was a proud graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, Class of 2007, and worked for many years as a dedicated union laborer.

Marcos was compassionate, loving, and fiercely loyal. If you were blessed enough to be loved by him, you knew what it meant to be truly supported. He was the kind of person who showed up without being asked, who had your back no matter what, and who stood firm in his values. His loyalty was rare and unshakable.

He was incredibly intelligent and had a sharp wit that made everyone around him laugh and think. Whether cracking jokes, debating sports, or offering insight, Marcos had a way of making conversations more meaningful and more fun. He had a deep love for all sports, especially the New England Patriots, and could talk football for hours.

More than anything, Marcos loved his family and lived his life with a strong faith in God. His belief in something greater gave him strength and guided the way he loved and lived. He gave his love freely and without hesitation, and in return, he was deeply loved by many. He will always be remembered in the family as a proud “mama's boy” and he wore that title with love.

With his parents, he is survived by his two brothers Jason Rosario of Davenport, FL and Adrian Rosario of Fall River, MA, along with their families and many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter Street, Fall River. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Burial will be private.
