Mom I am at a loss for words. It seems unreal. You were taken to soon. I wanted you here for so many more memories. Graduations, birthdays, weddings, holidays will never be the same without you. Who is going to surprise me with a new shirt or new christmas decoration? You loved to buy for others. You loved your family more than anything on this earth. I miss your voice. I miss your kisses. My heart is broken. The only thing that Brings me comfort is knowing you are no longer in pain. ALS robbed me of my beautiful mom who was so active. I know your are with your mom and dad and I know that I will see you again so its not goodbye but until we meet again. Your memory will live on with the wonderful memories you gave us. Watch over us all because I know your are our guardian angel.

I know you said no pictures but just this one love you

My sweet mom
Not just because you were my mom but you were one in a million . Even as adults you were always looking out for us and your grandkids they were your pride and joy ! I have so many wonderful memories that I will hold dear . Like when you use to come home from shopping and bring home the most gaudy Christmas decorations and would get one for me my sister and aunt! All the wonderful memories you created with your grandkids will last a lifetime . Thank you for being a wonderful mom and vavo you truly had a heart of gold ❤️

Sra Conceicao,
To one of the kindest people one could ever meet. I will not forget such a person that when I worked nights would willingly offer to cook food when I would get home at 7AM. Something maybe a mother would do, not many a mother in law who would.
A talker, who loved to tell stories of her youth, her family and her grandkids. However, if you needed anything she was there.
Most admiring of all was her love and absolute fairness towards each grandchild. If she gave to one, in short order, she would make sure the others received the same or equal.
She will be missed.

I met Maria in April when I became her PCA to help her daughters with her care. I could tell then what a sweet and caring woman Maria was. I really enjoyed my time with her and her family. I've grown close to her daughters and their Aunt. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
