Born in Kandal, Cambodia, a daughter of Sophorn Im and Chamroeun Vinn of Fall River, she immigrated to the United States in 2000 settling in Fall River.
Mary was very outgoing and personable; she made lots of friends and loved making everyone around her laugh and smile. She enjoyed making memories with those she loved, capturing them through pictures.
She was ambitious, driven, and worked extremely hard, which was apparent in the various jobs she took on throughout the years to support her family until she ended up working in the beauty industry. She worked as a nail technician for several years and at the Bonsai Nails and Spa salon most recently for nearly two years. She also enjoyed going to the gym, traveling and trying new foods.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by three daughters: Charlene Duong, Ashley Duong and Sydnie Duong all of Fall River; five siblings, Phyrom, Phira, Panha, Chansodanich and Chansodany Im and many nieces and nephews.
Her Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 8:30 to 9:15AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter Street, Fall River, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00AM in the Chapel of Memory and Hope at Swan Point Crematory, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence, Rhode Island.
