Michele Sperling, age 82, of Middleborough, passed away unexpectedly, on Thursday March 27, 2025. Born in Fall River she was the daughter of the late Rita Sullivan Sperling and sister to the late David Sperling and the late Paul Sperling.
Michele began her career with the telephone company as an Operator. She then went on to become a trailblazer for woman, continuously growing within the company holding various management positions before retiring.
Michele had a strong passion for helping others. Whether it was through the Special Olympics, local food pantries, or her involvement with My Brother’s Keeper, her generosity and commitment were unwavering. She gave of herself freely, and she was truly one of the kindest and most selfless people you could meet.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, her godson; Trent and many dear friends.
Her Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM in Holy Name Church, 709 Hanover St., Fall River. Relatives and friends are asked to report directly to the church by 9:45 AM. Contributions in her honor may be made to a charity of one’s choice, in memory of Michele. Burial private.
