Sopheap Huot

Born in Battambong, Cambodia, a daughter of Hay Huot and Thalee Pek of Fall River, she came to the United States in 1983.

She attended B.M.C. Durfee High School and worked for a short time as a C.N.A., but her greatest pride and joy in life was being a devoted homemaker and raising her children. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured her heart into creating a loving home filled with care, laughter, and support. She enjoyed shopping, vacationing, and dining out. She touched many lives with her kindness and warmth. She was deeply loved by all who knew her and will be terribly missed.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by seven children, Nicky Huot and his partner Michelle, Ricky Huot and his partner Jelly, Johnnathen Huot and his partner Brandan, Timothy Huot and his partner Janessa, Jaden Huot and his partner Janessa, Justin Huot, Sonny So all of Fall River; two step-children, Kalvin and Thaila So both of Lynn; 12 siblings, Kevin, Lucy, Samat, Melinda, Sophy, Sophal, Sopiya, Dennis, Peter, Johnny, Danny and Mary Huot all of Fall River and many nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 8:15AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River, followed by her funeral service at 10:00AM in the Chapel of Memory and Hope at Swan Point Crematory, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence, RI. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 3:30 to 5:30PM.
