Vivian (Jusseaume) Padeiro, age 73, of Fall River, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Accent Care Hospice Center in Milton, Massachusetts surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Joseph Padeiro to whom she had been married for the past 53 years.
Born in Somerset, a daughter of the late Andre and Eva B. (Noiseux) Roy, she was a lifelong resident of Fall River.
Vivian worked as a machine operator and later as a cook for the Fall River School Department for many years. She enjoyed cooking, taking trips to Foxwoods Resort and Casino to play slot machines and most of all spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Robert Padeiro and his wife Melinda of Swansea; one daughter, Melissa Martinho and her husband Joseph of North Dighton; one sister, Pauline Travis of Fall River; four grandchildren, Justin and Alex Martinho, Tyler and Dylan Padeiro; one great-grandson, Brooks Martinho and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Rene, Roland and Leo Jusseaume.
Private arrangements are in the care of the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place.
