How devastated I was to hear of your passing. Billy, you were a life long friend to my late husband Norman & myself. I remember the MANY days of fun that you & your Two Amigos (my late husband Norman & brother-in-law Mike Osborn).
You were a very supportive friend to myself & My 3 Son's.
I enjoyed all "3" of your personalities, "your cockiness, your honesty, & all the MANY stories you told, Past & Present".
Billy, you were a Family member & a Friend that we loved.
I can't put into words how much we will MISS YOU.
See you on the other side with My Guy Norman. xo ❤💔

You are finally free and able to breath again pop. I know mom was there waiting on you and most likely yelling at you as it took to long. For 9 years mom (Gloria) has been waiting on you, I guess I can start singing my song for the two of you again. Love and miss you and I know you will watch over all your grandchildren and continue to bless them. Thinking of my sister Heather along with Aunt Colleen and family. My favorite memory obviously has to be the million times he took mom, Heather and myself to battleship cove as he loved the water. Xoxo

Billy, although we will forever miss you I am at peace and know that you are with Mom, Dad and Nana too and not suffering anymore. I hope you enjoyed the Chinese Fried Rice I picked up for you the week before you passed. And the delicious Strawberry Cheesecake you also had a craving for and didn't care that you paid $7.75 for the slice .

Love You.......your sister Colleen and brother=in-law Tom
