Son of the late William J. Steen Jr. and Elizabeth (Stidham) Steen, Bill(y) was born and raised in Fall River. He was a graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, class of 1969 and had been a resident of Orlando, Florida for over thirty years.
He is survived by his son Patrick, his siblings Kenneth, Bruce and Elizabeth, and many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 9:30AM in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River. Relatives and friends invited.
